Lore Binon studied violin and voice at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels. She completed her studies at the Escola Superior de Musica de Catalunya in Barcelona and the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. During her studies she received the Cardon prize for exceptional results and in 2019 she received the Klara Award for Young Talent.
Binon made her opera debut with the role of Barbarina (Nozze di Figaro) and in 2017 she performed the role of Pamina in Mozart's Die Zauberflöte at Opera Ballet Vlaanderen. She also was artist-in-residence at the Flanders Festival Mechelen. She is a popular soloist at home and abroad for both the symphonic repertoire and early music. In addition, Lore Binon has a great love for chamber music.
Lore Binon is co-founder of Revue Blanche, which received the Klara Award for Young Talent 2013. Her discography includes the recordings ‘Les poètes maudits’ and ‘Impressions de Pelléas (Mélisande)’, ‘Ein Deutsches Requiem’ and ‘Shelter’.
