Vlad Weverbergh

Vlad Weverbergh graduated in 2000 from the Antwerp Conservatory with Walter Boeykens. From 2000 until 2002 he was music chamber guest lecturer there. Weverbergh is the founder of Terra Nova Collective and currently teaches basset clarinet at the Royal Conservatory in Antwerp.

Weverbergh has played as a soloist in various orchestras in Belgium and abroad. He has worked with conductors such as Philip Ellis, Daniele Callegari, Christian Mandeal, Robert Groslot, Patrick Peire, Dirk Vermeulen, Kobayashi Ken Ichiro and Sebastian Tewinkel. Today, Weverbergh performs with I SOLISTI and ChampdAction. He is also a member of Le Concert Olympique under the baton of Jan Caeyers. As a freelance musician he is a regular guest with the Mahler Chamber Orchestra. Beside building up his own discography, Weverbergh is also very active as a producer and recording manager of classical music.
